We are currently in need of MEP Manager that can join immediately. B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an accredited academic institution  MSc in Engineering or related field from an accredited institution  PMP Certification  Professional registration as an Engineer n-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing techniques  In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, techniques and concepts  Excellent communication skills – oral and written as well as presentation skills  Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Tools and software relevant to job functions  Minimum of (10) years’ post BSc qualification experience with a minimum of (5) years’ managing large construction/commercial projects with primary responsibility for mechanical/electrical and plumbing systems. Job Responsibilities: Estimate and scope MEP trades during pre-construction � Review Contract Documents, making suggestions/modifications as they relate to the MEP trades � Manage and lead MEP subcontractors throughout duration of the project (from Groundbreaking through Commissioning and Turnover to Owner) � Assist Scheduling department with developing detailed CPM schedules for all MEP installation activities, including cost and resource loading Coordinate activities, materials procurement and other related activities with Project Manager and Field Staff � Communicate progress and prepare appropriate reports as needed Interested applicant kindly send your cv at hr.maryam@zahratalsafa.com
