JOB REQUIREMENTS

Prior experience as an Automotive Designer.

Expertise in using CAD software and graphics imaging software such as Adobe Photoshop.

Should have outstanding artistic abilities.

Able to think conceptually and consistently demonstrate creativity.

A good understanding of automobile designs and engineering.

Ability to create full-scale models.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Consulting clients or supervisors to identify what the requirements of a design are.

Conducting an extensive amount of research regarding the uses of a particular design and its production.

Drafting layouts of automobile components, assemblies and systems using sketches, models and prototypes.

Designing automobiles and automotive components.

Collaborating with automobile engineers to ensure all calculations and mathematical formulas are correct.
