A retailing company in Dubai is in need of a full time experienced female sales executive.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Greeting customers on arrival then assist the customer with any questions they have about the purchase they want to make.

Helping the customer with returns, refunds, and resolve common complaints.

Investigating leads and find out about them as much as possible before contacting.

Recruiting,hiring and training new sales representatives and also identify buyer persona profiles.

Following up with hot and also be able to identify most important sales KPIS.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Working experience as a sales executive in the same field or related for a period of 1 year.

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with good English.

Only female Russian nationals should apply for the vacancy from the company.

Great command of MS office office and also CRM and BRM tools that are used during the work process.

Having a critical thinking and problem solving skills for all problems faced at work.
