A hotel/restaurant in Dubai is in need of a full time experienced service crew/waiter/barista.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience in home country or UAE as a Service Crew for a period of 2 to 5 years.

Ability to work under visit visa.

Good communication skills with fluency in English language.

Flexible and can multi-task,can work in pressure and stress.

Excellent problem solving skills for all complex prome at work.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Interacting with customers like Being friendly and courteous will help keep customers coming back and also be able to present menus to the customers and answer their questions.

Making recommendations and trying to up sell and also be able to take orders.

keeping eyes on a lot of elements like food standards, food Presentation, safety and also serving the ordered food and ensure that customers are enjoying their meals.

Collecting payments from customers.

Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the Restaurant (tables, chairs, counters, toilet, etc).

Manages team during heavy shifts, resolving conflicts and getting the job done

Answering the phone to take reservations and for delivery orders.
