A full time experienced male steel fixer foreman is needed in Dubai.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Working experience as a steel fixer foreman in the same field or related for a period of 1 to 2 years.

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to help ease communication at work.

Familiarity with safety principles and practices applicable to steel work.

Excellent supervisory skills either from clients or managers.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervising all activities related to cutting and bending of steel.

Directing and overseeing workers engaged in the steel fixing of buildings, other civil works and assists the civil supervisor in the coordination and performance or related activities.

Overseeing work crews to best utilize manpower and materials.

Making sure work crews are properly supplied with tools, equipment and materials.

Putting a stop to wastage and misuse of equipment, materials and tools.

Managing steel fixers engaged in all activities concerned with the civil works such as setting out, rebar fixing, bar bending etc.
