A hotel/restaurant in Dubai is in need of a full time experienced Restaurant Supervisor / Restaurant Staff.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintaining records of payroll and attendance.
Complying with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-workers.
Controlling and directing the food preparation process and any other relative activities.
Constructing menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings.
Approving and “polishing” dishes before they reach the customer.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management.
Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress.
Outstanding communication and leadership skills with an up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes.
Good understanding of useful computer programs (MS Office, restaurant management software.
