JOB REQUIREMENTS
Working experience as a telemarketing and customer service executive for a period of 1 to 2 years.
Excellent communication skills with good spoken and written English and Hindi.
Applicants should have an excellent telephone etiquette and also excellent multi tasking.
Ability to remain calm under pressure either from clients and managers.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Contacting potential clients telephonically.
Reading the prepared script when pitching the company’s products and services.
Providing any information that the client requests.
Redirecting calls to the relevant department if necessary.
