Salary is AED 2001-2500.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Selected candidates should have a working experience as a female media and event coordinator in the same field or related for a period of 1 to 2 years.
Ideal applicants should have a superb project management and organizational skill to be able to run the business well.
Preferred candidates should have an excellent communication and interpersonal skill to be able to relate with clients well.
Interested applicants should have ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Preferred candidates should be able to develop content for broadcast, print and on line distribution channels and also be able to negotiate with media channels to close competitive deals.
Ideal applicants should be able to ensure that key messages align with vital business strategies and also create and manage the organization’s social media profile and presence.
Selected candidates should be able to promote additional projects to support new product launches and also be able to build long-term relationships with media houses.
Interested applicants should be able to create event proposals which fit client requirements and presenting proposals by deadline.
Candidates should be able to maintain a working relationship with vendors and venues and also be able to creating sales opportunities for future events during client liaisons and during events.
Applicants should be able to communicate with marketing team to create effective advertisements for each event, and when necessary crafting marketing materials such as print and Internet advertisements for individual events.
