JOB REQUIREMENTS

Should be a holder of a BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.

Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager.

A proven track record of meeting the sales targets.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Must be having a strong business sense and industry expertise.

Must be good in mentoring, coaching and people management.

Arabic nationals are preferred but candidates from other nationalities can apply.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Effectively managing the sales team.

Designing and implement a strategic business plan.

Meeting or exceeding the set targets.

Building and promoting strong and long-lasting customer relationships.

Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

Identifying emerging markets and market shifts.
