ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Selected candidates should be able to manage the affairs of the company for the managers at work.

Ideal applicants should be able to assist the Retail Store Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers.

Preferred candidates should be able to coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments).

Interested applicants should be able to track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.

Candidates should be able to monitor and maintain store inventory and also evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs.
